The implementation covered core Time and Attendance functions including attendance monitoring, flexi-time management and holiday management using Tensor WinTA.NET modules, alongside Tensor HR Management and Access Control software to centralize workforce and security workflows. Tensor smart cards using radio-frequency contactless technology were deployed to accelerate clocking-in and simplify user interaction at terminals.
Tensor Operations and Systems engineers led the technical upgrade and physical installation, with Daher IT staff closely involved in coordination and administration. Operational integration explicitly included automatic export of attendance data to Daher’s third party payroll software and the linking of WinTA.NET with Tensor HR and Access Control modules to streamline payroll and security processes. Post deployment support was provided through the Tensor Helpdesk, with reported improvements in response speed and quality.
Training for the HR manager, the assistant accountant and the Tensor contact Lisa was delivered on site, supporting administrative handover and local governance of Tensor WinTA.NET.
