In 2023, DaMENSCH deployed BetterCommerce Analytics as part of a D2C eCommerce replatform that replaced a fragmented WooCommerce stack and introduced headless architecture for its India operation. BetterCommerce Analytics provided the Analytics and BI capabilities cited in the case study, delivering real-time data insights and reporting to support inventory, forecasting and data-driven decisions across the business.
Deployment focused on the BetterCommerce Insights & Analytics capability, configured for real-time dashboards, operational reporting and forecasting workflows. Implementation included ingestion of order and fulfillment events and consolidation of transactional and inventory feeds to enable inventory visibility and demand forecasting. Configuration emphasized near real-time KPIs and self-service reporting for merchandising, operations and supply chain users.
Integrations connected BetterCommerce Analytics to the headless storefront and to the order management and logistics systems, enabling end-to-end order and inventory visibility across the India operation. The architecture prioritized headless flexibility and centralized analytics, with event-oriented data flows to support near real-time decision making. Operational coverage targeted merchandising, fulfillment and eCommerce operations where analytics informed stocking and fulfillment prioritization.
Governance introduced centralized reporting standards, role based access to analytics and process changes that moved inventory and forecasting decisions toward data driven workflows. The case study explicitly reports approximately 15% revenue growth and a 30% reduction in tech cost per order following the BetterCommerce deployment. BetterCommerce Analytics served as the primary Analytics and BI layer for DaMENSCH in 2023.
