Configuration supported multi currency revaluation and month end close workflows, enabling the finance team to perform currency revaluations and key balance sheet reconciliations within the application. Operational coverage included two business units with responsibilities for month end accounts, forecast and budgeting, audit testing, and both monthly and weekly payroll runs. The finance manager role used Epicor Avante ERP to execute month end procedures, manage forecasting and budgeting across business units, and control payroll operations including payslip distribution. Governance and process changes included standardizing month end documentation and reporting templates, with explicit improvements to Excel working documents to increase accuracy and efficiency. A stated outcome of the program was the successful implementation of electronic payslips through the Epicor Avante ERP payroll configuration, improving payslip delivery processes.

Minitab was used to generate evidence for inspection plans and to inform design of Go No Go gauges, integrating analytic outputs into inspection planning and measurement equipment maintenance processes. Governance and process changes included formalizing MSA study protocols, writing standard operating procedures for usage and maintenance of manual measuring equipment, and recording Minitab study results as part of corrective action and inspection documentation.
