| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2017 |
In 2012, Entrust implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to automate and centralize its pricing process within the ERP Financial category. The deployment followed eight months of intensive collaboration and process review led by the IT team, resulting in a custom configuration inside Oracle E-Business Suite that established a single version of the price book for the company.
The implementation instrumented pricing tables, rule configuration, and exportable price book artifacts so each customer receives a price book tailored to its company needs. Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to produce price books in a machine consumable format, enabling automated feeds into customer systems and reducing manual transformation work.
Operationally the solution impacted sales pricing workflows and partner integration processes, with the price book serving as the canonical source for downstream systems. The configuration supports automated distribution to partners and customers, which shortened the quarterly downtime previously required for price updates and reduced effort across sales and partner operations.
Governance and rollout followed a coordinated process review, with Entrust IT owning the custom development and the pricing governance model. The redesign produced explicit productivity savings of 6,000 hours annually for Entrust and delivered twice that savings at partner sites, while partners reported reduced manual data entry and improved timeliness of price publication.

| Workday | Oracle PeopleSoft HCM | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Entrust implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR system, replacing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. The deployment centralized employee master data, payroll processing and time and absence workflows to support U.S. bi weekly and monthly payroll and multi state compliance across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and HRIS teams.
Workday HCM was configured to support core person management, payroll processing configuration, time and absence tracking, benefits administration, position and job management, compensation and reporting capabilities. Configurations included role based security and report design for ad hoc and scheduled queries to support payroll audits, tax reconciliation and internal record retention requirements.
Integrations and operational processes emphasized data exchange between Workday HCM and finance led account reconciliations, payroll vendor calculations, and tax filing workflows, with a mixture of manual data entry and batch uploads for hires, terminations, earnings, deductions and garnishments as described in payroll operational responsibilities. The system supported generation and review of payroll reports and queries used by Payroll, HR and Finance to analyze payroll results and resolve issues.
Governance focused on documented processes, participation in system maintenance and testing, and structured audit and reconciliation cycles for federal, state and local payroll taxes. Operational coverage included ongoing compliance reviews, backup support across payroll team members and collaboration points between Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits and HRIS for process improvements and issue escalation.

| Acquisio | Legacy | Acquisio | Artificial Intelligence Marketing | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Entrust implemented Acquisio. Entrust deployed Acquisio as an Artificial Intelligence Marketing solution to centralize digital advertising controls and support demand generation activities on its website.
The implementation focused on configuring Acquisio campaign management, automated bid optimization, and cross-channel reporting capabilities, aligning platform-level machine learning with paid media workflows. Acquisio was used to standardize campaign setup, automate bid and budget allocation, and consolidate performance signals into unified dashboards for marketing operations.
Integrations emphasized data flow between the website, analytics sources, and advertising inventory to surface predictive signals for campaign optimization, while Acquisio ingested performance metrics to feed automated bidding and reporting processes. Operational ownership sat with marketing and digital advertising teams, who used Acquisio to orchestrate programmatic spend and ongoing creative and audience experiments.
Governance changes included formalizing campaign approval gates, budget control workflows, and cadence for performance reviews, with Acquisio serving as the central execution and reporting layer. The implementation presents a clear relationship between Entrust Acquisio Artificial Intelligence Marketing and the business functions of marketing operations and digital advertising.
