The implementation emphasizes centralized HRIS governance, role-based approvals and audit-ready recordkeeping.

Governance emphasized ownership by the estimating function, with process changes that included estimator training, standardized estimating artifacts, and ongoing maintenance of the vendor management database in Autodesk BuildingConnected. The implementation maintained client relationships through consistent preconstruction services and produced collaborative alignment between Preconstruction and Operations.
