SAP Legacy SAP Concur Expense Expense Management ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Campari Group implemented SAP Concur Expense as its Expense Management solution. The SAP Concur Expense deployment was scoped globally to manage travel expense management across Campari Group. Implementation emphasized standard Expense Management capabilities including expense reporting, travel expense workflows, policy enforcement, and approval routing within SAP Concur Expense. Configuration work focused on centralized expense policy templates, support for multiple currencies and countries, and approval hierarchies aligned to finance and travel policy workflows. Operational maintenance and application support were later centralized under a Global IT AMS coordinator between November 2017 and September 2019. The coordinator managed application maintenance for SAP Concur Expense, coordinated the activity of three external consultants, and used the ServiceNow ticketing tool to engage maintenance actions and monitor SLAs. The deployment had global operational coverage and was managed alongside Campari Group's broader HR and compensation application portfolio, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Beqom under the same AMS remit. Governance relied on ticket driven change control through ServiceNow and centralized AMS ownership, positioning SAP Concur Expense as the enterprise Expense Management system for travel related expense processing.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Compensation Management HCM n/a 2016 2017
In 2016 Campari Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a phased SAP SuccessFactors deployment to establish a cloud-based HR infrastructure. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation sits within a broader move to adopt SAP SuccessFactors solutions and to standardize Campari Group’s HR processes globally, aligning Compensation Management with performance, talent development, and recruitment workflows. The initial phase began with performance management and progressed to talent development, recruitment, and compensation modules, reflecting a module-by-module configuration approach common to cloud HCM suites. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was configured as a Compensation Management capability integrated into the suite, leveraging the vendor’s automatically updated, cloud-delivered best practices to minimize bespoke redesign work and accelerate feature adoption. Integration between the HR functions inside the SAP SuccessFactors suite was used to create a common template for global business processes, enabling harmonized HR practices across Campari Group’s operations. The deployment emphasized a global infrastructure for HR, unifying performance, talent, recruitment, and compensation data flows into a single cloud tenant to support consistent workflows and reporting across regions and business units. Governance and rollout followed a phased program model, building global standards and operational templates as each module came online. Campari positioned the solution to deliver integration, global standards, high speed, and improved user friendliness, describing the move as a paradigm shift that reduces time spent designing localized solutions and enables incremental delivery of new functionality.

Informatica EDP Legacy PrometeoRifiuti Waste and Recycling ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Campari Group implemented PrometeoRifiuti as its Waste and Recycling ERP to centralize waste management and environmental compliance workflows across its consumer packaged goods operations. The deployment targeted operational and EHS functions, aligning waste handling processes with site-level production and packaging activities while providing a single system of record for waste streams and regulatory documentation. PrometeoRifiuti was configured to support core waste and recycling ERP capabilities including waste stream classification and tracking, manifest and cradle to grave documentation, scheduling for collection and transport, disposal vendor management, and regulatory reporting. The implementation emphasized standardized data models for waste types and material flows, and included role-based configuration to separate operational data capture from compliance reporting responsibilities. Operational coverage focused on manufacturing and packaging sites and their supporting EHS and supply chain teams, enabling consolidated reporting and audit trails across locations. The implementation incorporated site-level data capture and centralized aggregation, supporting traceability of waste volumes and handling events across production batches without naming specific upstream or downstream system integrations. Governance changes accompanied the technical rollout, with updated standard operating procedures for waste handling, centralized compliance controls, and formalized workflow approvals for manifests and disposal events. PrometeoRifiuti positioned Campari Group to unify its Waste and Recycling ERP processes, providing a structured platform for environmental management and operational control.
