In 2010, Decsis implemented ProcessMaker BPM as a Process Mining application, deploying a web-based open source business process management suite integrated by 4+ Business Solutions. The implementation focused on eliminating paper-based processes and providing a centralized platform to manage and automate key business workflows across proposal, procurement, project tracking, shipment, and returns processes.
ProcessMaker BPM at Decsis was configured to support rapid form and document creation, role-based assignments, rules-driven routing, and visual process mapping. The deployment included pre-certified business process templates that allowed Decsis to instrument end-to-end workflows, track projects from development to shipment, compile information for proposal creation, analyze reasons for customer approval, and generate and e-mail purchase orders.
The solution was linked to the Decsis document management system KnowledgeTree to store process templates in a central repository and maintain versioned process artifacts. This integration established a single source of truth for process documentation and enabled report and graph generation at any stage of a workflow for operational analysis.
Governance was enforced through role assignment and rules configuration within ProcessMaker BPM, creating structured workflow ownership and template control. As a result of the implementation, Decsis removed paper-based bottlenecks, gained the capacity to implement certified processes, and established automated touchpoints for procurement and shipment tracking, with reporting capabilities embedded for ongoing process monitoring.

In 2019, Decsis implemented AnubisNetworks as its Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) to secure corporate email for the Portugal-based professional services firm. The AnubisNetworks deployment serves as the primary email security control for Decsis, covering inbound and outbound mail flows for the organisation's 150 employees.
The implementation leverages core Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) capabilities typical of the category, including spam filtering, malware scanning, attachment sandboxing, URL protection, policy based routing and quarantine management. AnubisNetworks was configured through a centralized administrative console to enforce email policies, manage threat intelligence feeds and handle message inspection and content classification across Decsis mail flows.
