Operational scope centered on commercial departments and project teams responsible for checking and assessing tender documents and contracts with regard to financial effects and special features. Governance and process responsibilities included advising on guarantees and documentary payments, coordinating guarantee planning with projects, and ongoing system maintenance and feature development. |
