Deloitte Australia implemented SAP S/4 HANA in 2018 as its ERP Financial platform. In 2020 the firm established an Asia Pacific Program Management Office to lead the SAP S/4 HANA and Shared Services Transformation program across the region.
SAP S/4 HANA was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial close orchestration consistent with enterprise finance workflows. The deployment emphasized consolidation of transactional processing into shared services and centralization of financial master data to standardize the chart of accounts and accounting processes across entities.
The Asia Pacific PMO managed multiple workstreams and maintained detailed tracking of risks, actions, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies, while preparing funding model principles and regular executive updates. Operational coverage focused on finance and shared services functions across the Asia Pacific region, and the PMO brokered working relationships at all levels to coordinate rollout sequencing.
Program governance was formalized under a Program Director 2iC who led a PMO support team of six to eight direct reports, and the PMO designed and managed governance, financial controls, schedule management, and risk and issue processes. The PMO supported development of rollout strategy and implementation sequence options for SAP S/4 HANA to align the shared services transformation across Deloitte Asia Pacific.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Deliotte Australia implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits to centralize Benefits Administration across its HR operational processes. The deployment targeted employee lifecycle touch points managed by HR, including onboarding, payroll inputs, leaver processing and employee relations, aligning benefits eligibility and enrollment workflows under a single Employee Central Global Benefits instance.
Configuration work focused on standard Benefits Administration capabilities, with implemented functional elements to capture benefit eligibility, manage enrollment inputs, update payroll-related benefits data and produce operational reports. The implementation reflected hands on configuration and procedural mapping used by HR Analysts, including the HR Analyst Lead role that oversaw appraisal monitoring, quality adherence and the end to end handling of onboarding and separations.
Integrations were structured to exchange benefits and payroll inputs with SAP payroll processing and to record case and communication activity in Sapphire CRM, with additional operational tooling referenced as Delta Tools for HR data management. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits was used to feed consistent benefits data into payroll runs and to surface member status for employee queries and contractor management workflows, supporting HR, payroll and employee relations teams.
Governance emphasized procedural ownership and reporting, with role based workflows, SLA tracking and generation of senior management reports to monitor completion rates and quality standards. Operationalizing the system required changes to onboarding and leaver processes, formalizing benefit inputs into SAP driven payroll cycles and routing employee and contractor queries through Sapphire CRM as part of the new benefits administration governance model.

| Adobe Systems | Legacy | Adobe Connect | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Deloitte Australia deployed Adobe Connect. Deloitte Australia uses Adobe Connect as an Audio Video and Web Conferencing platform embedded on its public website to deliver browser based virtual events and client webinars.
The Adobe Connect implementation leverages persistent virtual meeting rooms, content pods for screen and document sharing, recording and playback capabilities, and host controls that are standard for Audio Video and Web Conferencing solutions. Configuration emphasizes scheduled webinar instances and on demand access using dedicated meeting pages and reusable room templates to streamline event setup.
Adobe Connect is surfaced directly through Deloitte Australia website pages to provide external audience access without separate client installations, enabling browser based attendance and recorded session playback. The deployment model is a web hosted conferencing layer integrated into public event pages, providing meeting room URLs and embedded players for client facing and public events.
Operational governance is managed by Deloitte Australia internal communications and IT teams who control meeting provisioning, scheduling workflows and access permissions, with content ownership aligned to event owners and practice groups. Administrative workflows standardize event setup, host permissions and recording retention to support consistent virtual engagement practices across the firm.
