Integra Software Legacy Integra WebKatalog eCommerce eCommerce n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 Denckermann Poland implemented Integra WebKatalog as an online parts and catalog ordering portal. Integra WebKatalog, an eCommerce application, was deployed to provide fast web-based parts search and ordering for distributors and workshops in Poland. The project targeted B2B channels and centralized web ordering for workshop and distributor customer segments. The deployment emphasized catalog and order management capabilities, including catalog browsing, parts search, and web-based order submission workflows. Configuration work focused on synchronizing product data and facilitating online order capture to support standard order management processes and reduce manual intervention during order entry. Integra WebKatalog was integrated with the company ERP and ordering system to streamline client ordering and reduce manual updates. That integration enabled automated order handoff from the web portal into ERP order processing and aligned web orders with existing fulfillment workflows. The vendor reference notes improved order handling as a result, and operational governance centered on updating distributor and workshop ordering procedures to the new portal.
