Integrations extended to customer-facing payment channels and bank statement feeds, while controls were implemented to centralize refund authorization and processing. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, with standardized Oracle R12 processes, centralized reconciliation responsibilities and strengthened financial controls over refunds, which are managed at scale and total in the millions of dollars each year. Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial supports DMIRS finance and revenue operations, providing end to end visibility and consolidated transaction control across the department.
