Governance and process workstreams instituted role based permission frameworks and standardized HR workflows spanning recruitment through off-boarding to ensure consistent operations. Operational coverage targeted HR, payroll, learning and workforce planning functions within Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria and aligned to the whole of Vic Gov HCM program.
