Operational scope centered on aftermarket parts sales, field service and customer support teams in the United States, with external-facing dashboards to support customer self-service ordering. For a 45 person manufacturer the deployment pattern favored a centralized cloud-hosted instance providing role-based dashboards and scheduled reporting to small operational user groups. Governance and rollout followed a phased approach tied to the eCatalog launch, with KPI ownership and reporting cadence defined during discovery. Change management emphasized catalog analytics instrumentation and aligning sales and service workflows to newly visible KPIs through GenAlpha Analytics and Equip360 Insights.
