| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Desigual implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits as part of a centralized Benefits Administration initiative. The implementation formed a core element of a broader SAP Fashion Works program that used a Spanish corporate template and supported migration activities from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Time Off, Compensation and Benefits, with explicit integration touchpoints to payroll agencies.
The deployment configured SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits alongside Time Off and Compensation modules, establishing Employee Central master data, benefit plan configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and compensation structures. Configuration work emphasized a template-driven approach to balance centralized benefits policies with localized country rule sets and enrollment windows.
At the architectural level the SuccessFactors solution was integrated into Desigual's SAP on HANA landscape, interfacing with SAP FI, CO-PA, CO-PC, TRM, FSCM and POS-DM for financial posting and cost allocation related to benefits. Integrations also connected benefits and payroll feeds to external payroll agencies, leveraged existing middleware patterns including EDICOM for tax compliance, and reused integrations with travel and expense platforms such as Captio and AMEX where benefits-related expense reconciliation was required, supplemented by RPA processes implemented with UIPath and NICE for operational reconciliation and automation.
Governance and rollout followed a template and central HR ownership model, executing more than 20 rollouts across group companies from the Spanish template, with local HR teams managing country-specific benefit configuration and enrollment operations. Testing and cutover coordination included end to end validation with payroll agencies and finance to ensure benefits postings and accruals aligned with SAP financial modules.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Retail (ex Retek) | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, Desigual implemented Oracle Retail (ex Retek) as a core application within a Retail Management deployment to formalize service account management and support ongoing service delivery during complex transitions. The implementation centered on operationalizing service transition and account operations rather than on a product sales rollout, aligning Oracle Retail (ex Retek) with defined service delivery capabilities and requirements.
The technical footprint included Oracle Retail components identified in the program, notably MOM, RDF and integration tools, which were used to orchestrate message flows, reference data synchronization and integration pipelines. The deployment integrated those Oracle Retail components with existing legacy systems and internal tools to maintain continuity of retail data exchange, while operational tooling such as Mantis was used for issue tracking and case management.
Operational scope covered service account management responsibilities across multiple enterprise accounts in Europe, with Desigual listed among the main accounts managed, and the model was applied to other regional accounts managed by the same service organization. Business functions impacted included service operations, client relations, presales engagement and service reporting, with the account team managing client priorities, communication and expectations as part of the implementation lifecycle.
Governance and program management followed ITIL and PMBOK practices, with explicit accountability for the service transition plan, operation setup of new accounts, collection of formal customer feedback about service quality, and production of Service Delivery Reports. The service lead role also owned pre sales support for new service proposals, identification of new business requirements, internal team coordination and accountability for service operational margin.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Power BI | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022 Desigual deployed Microsoft Power BI to surface interactive analytics on its public website and to support internal reporting workflows. The implementation uses Microsoft Power BI within the Analytics and BI category to provide embedded dashboards and report visualizations tied to web activity and commercial metrics.
The configuration emphasizes embedded reports and dashboards, a centralized semantic data model, scheduled dataset refresh, and role based access control to segregate customer facing views from internal operational analytics. Microsoft Power BI is used to publish interactive visuals and prebuilt report pages that can be surfaced on web pages while also serving internal users with queryable reports and self service exploration.
Integrations are focused on website data streams and backend commercial data sources, aligning web telemetry with merchandising and marketing datasets to create unified views for e commerce analytics and campaign measurement. Operational coverage centers on the e commerce, marketing, and analytics teams at Desigual, with the website serving as a primary consumption layer for public facing visualizations and internal dashboards supporting merchandising decisions.
Governance was structured around centralized report lifecycle management, access controls, and a cadence for data refresh and content publication to the website and internal portals. Desigual Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI supports both customer facing analytics on the website and internal business function reporting, enabling standardized visual artifacts and governed consumption across the organization.
