In 2006 Detskiy Mir PAO implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System as part of an Oracle Retail MOM initiative to strengthen Retail Management capabilities across merchandising and store operations. The deployment was scoped to core retail functions and led by SITRONICS IT with embedded Oracle Retail consultancy for functional design and implementation support.
The technical implementation included configuration and business process design for Oracle Retail Merchandising System modules RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, Allocation, and RIB. Project activities documented in the engagement covered functional sessions, capturing requirements and gaps, preparing design specifications for modifications, and detailed system configuration work aligned to merchandising, pricing and inventory workflows.
Integration work used the RIB module as the integration bus and included preparing interface designs and data conversion deliverables to enable end to end flows between merchandising, allocation and store-level systems. Data conversion was led by the implementation team and testing cycles were supported to validate master data, transactional feeds and allocation logic across Merchandising and Inventory components.
Governance and rollout activities included structured functional workshops, user training, test support and issues resolution driven by Oracle Retail consultants and analysts. The implementation role explicitly covered business process design, configuration, data conversion leadership and training, providing operational readiness for core Retail Management functions at Detskiy Mir PAO.

In 2010 Detskiy Mir PAO implemented Oracle Retail Data Warehouse as a centralized Data Warehouse to provide analytical reporting across the retailer. The project engaged SITRONICS IT and included Oracle Retail consulting and analyst responsibilities focused on warehouse architecture, ETL development, and BI reporting.
As Oracle Retail consultant the engagement included designing the database schema and authoring ETL procedures, RETL customization, and configuring the data model in the Oracle BI repository. Development work covered staging and dimensional modeling aligned to a Data Warehouse architecture, RETL procedure development to populate the analytical schema, and setup of customer reports and dashboards using Oracle BI. The Oracle Retail Data Warehouse implementation emphasized the semantic layer in Oracle BI to standardize metrics and support self‑service and operational reporting.
SITRONICS IT served as the implementation partner while the internal consultant delivered RETL customization and report build out.
