TotalSoft Legacy TotalSoft Charisma ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2017
In 2014, Deutsche Leasing Group implemented TotalSoft Charisma ERP as its group standard. The deployment targeted ERP Financial functions and was provisioned across subsidiaries, including a rollout in North America covering the USA and Canada. The TotalSoft Charisma ERP implementation concentrated on finance and asset finance process support, leveraging the Charisma leasing and finance capability described in vendor materials. Deployment architecture emphasized centralized application standards with country level configuration to accommodate local regulatory and accounting variations, and the rollout covered multiple subsidiaries including operations in the USA and Canada. tts Legacy tt Knowledge Force Digital Adoption HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Deutsche Leasing Group implemented tt Knowledge Force as a Digital Adoption solution for sales training and enablement, initiating a focused e-learning authoring pilot. The initial deployment started with two workstation licenses and was managed by Sales Solution Management, with Thomas Schreiner overseeing the initiative and Francesca Calvi Habel acting as Solution Manager Sales during the rollout. The implementation positioned tt Knowledge Force as a standalone authoring environment, enabling immediate recording and rapid content creation without integration into a large learning management system. Functional capabilities delivered included authoring, recording, and workstation based content production and publishing workflows, allowing the sales organization to produce training materials quickly. Integration requirements were intentionally minimal, the authoring tool operated independently of other systems, and governance emphasized an iterative, small pilot approach to validate use and observe ripple effects while avoiding a year long LMS project.

Pegasystems Legacy Pega Platform Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Deutsche Leasing Group implemented Pega Platform for Business Process Management, initiating a program to replatform core leasing process orchestration. The engagement defined a Business Process Platform based on Pega iBPMS and a middleware SOA layer built on RedHat Fuse, framing both process automation and a services integration backbone. The implementation configured Pega Platform capabilities aligned to Business Process Management use cases, including case management, process orchestration and business rules to standardize leasing workflows. The design work included analysis and decomposition of existing Java implemented business processes from a 10 year old proprietary custom application, and mapping those process models to Pega rule sets and flow components. Integration architecture centered on the SOA middleware layer implemented with RedHat Fuse, enabling service oriented connectivity between the new Pega iBPMS instances and the incumbent Java application developed by an Indian outsourcing partner. The program included detailed interface design and service contracts to support phased migration and coexistence during the transition period. Governance and delivery were led by a Chief Solution Architect and Pega subject matter experts, who designed the migration plan from the old proprietary Java application to the new Business Process Platform and led an offshore project team of 10 full time engineers. Process governance work focused on establishing standardized process modeling, rule approval workflows and operational ownership for Business Process Management across the leasing organization.
