In 2015, DEVIALET implemented SAP Business ByDesign. The implementation of SAP Business ByDesign in the ERP Financial category was led by implementation partner Ubister and provisioned as a cloud based SaaS ERP platform. The deployment centralized core financial management and transactional accounting, configuring general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, tax handling, and financial reporting modules. SAP Business ByDesign was used to establish statutory reporting routines and standard financial controls consistent with ERP Financial functional expectations.

Keeple HCM was configured to provide standard Core HR capabilities including centralized employee records and profile management, organizational management and position control, onboarding and offboarding workflows, absence and leave administration, performance tracking and learning administration, and HR reporting and analytics. The implementation positioned Keeple HCM as the primary HRIS for personnel data and workforce lifecycle management.
Operational governance focused on consolidating HR processes and establishing role based access and approval workflows for HR administrators and people managers. The rollout emphasized standardization of personnel data, support for compliance reporting and preparation of payroll related data, and ongoing use by HR and People teams to manage headcount, roles, and employee status changes.
