The deployment integrated SAP Concur Travel with multiple financial systems in the GBS applications portfolio, including SAP ECC and NetSuite, to enable transaction handoff and financial posting across subsidiaries. RPA capabilities managed under a Blue Prism driven Center of Excellence were orchestrated alongside Concur to automate transactional handoffs and exception processing in line with the broader GBS automation roadmap. Governance and rollout were executed by the GBS Technology and Innovation team, supporting a shift to a GBS operational model across four workstreams and more than ten subsidiaries, and enabling SSC and GBS onboarding for newly acquired entities. The outcome was a standardized Travel Management process instrumented in SAP Concur Travel, supported at scale by an RPA CoE that managed up to five functional bots and delivered reported labor savings equivalent to 10 FTEs.
