In 2022 Diverzify implemented IFS Cloud ERP as its centralized ERP Financial platform to consolidate more than 16 independent flooring acquisitions and unify end-to-end processes from customer-to-cash. The initiative was executed in partnership with BearingPoint and Arcwide, and began with a comprehensive assessment and fit gap analysis across Project Management, Procurement and Warehouse Management, Corporate Financials, Payroll and Commissions Management, and associated integrations.
The IFS Cloud ERP deployment followed a design build test and migration approach, establishing a core IFS Cloud model augmented with more than 200 custom system enhancements to support business-specific workflows. The program included rigorous data migration practice, executing over 15 mock migration cutovers and staging three go lives across 27 sites in the initial phase to validate processes and transition plans.
Operationally the program aligned Diverzify IT around Salesforce and IFS Cloud ERP, enabling integrated customer and financial processes and providing a clear upgrade path from their prior IFS Apps 10 environment where applicable. BearingPoint and Arcwide delivered training Hypercare and PMO services across 24 states and 63 sites, and the rollout covered 15 acquisitions implemented over a 20 month window with roughly 3,000 users migrated onto the common platform.
Governance work redefined roles and standardized a single set of procedures across Diverzify flooring divisions and locations, with the PMO sustaining continuous improvement and ongoing enhancement delivery. The consolidated IFS Cloud ERP environment supported centralized financial controls and consistent lead to cash workflows while reducing the companys reliance on more than ten previous point tools down to a two tool stack.
As implemented IFS Cloud ERP provided Diverzify with a standardized platform for corporate financials and customer to cash operations, improved operational transparency, and a foundation for further IT modernization and consolidated reporting. The IFS Cloud ERP deployment, categorized under ERP Financial, positioned Diverzify to scale acquisitions with a common process framework and a sustained program of system enhancements and governance.

In 2022, Diverzify implemented IFS Cloud Supply Chain Management as its cloud native supply layer to support construction and real estate operations. IFS Cloud Supply Chain Management was deployed as part of a multi‑module IFS Cloud footprint to provide a centralized system of record for procurement, inventory control, and project materials planning consistent with Supply Chain Management category capabilities.
The implementation was configured alongside IFS Cloud Project Management, Maintenance, Finance and Sales modules to enable cross functional workflows between project delivery, maintenance planning, financial accounting and supplier management. Configuration work emphasized project centric materials flows and role based access controls, with catalog, purchase order and inventory transaction capabilities aligned to construction site and facilities needs.
Deployment used the IFS Cloud architecture to centralize master data and transactional supply chain processes within Diverzify's US operations, enabling shared visibility across project management, maintenance, finance and sales teams. Operational coverage included procurement, supplier interactions, inventory reconciliation and materials issuance to project sites, with the IFS Cloud Suite acting as the integrative platform between those functional areas.
Governance and adoption were supported by embedded IFS consultants who served as subject matter experts, ran training sessions, and provided functional support for module specific usage. The consultancy scope explicitly included troubleshooting account access and permission issues, end user training, and ongoing functional assistance for Project Management, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Sales to institutionalize new workflows and permission governance.
