Integrations were implemented to support end-to-end financial close, tax determination, payments flows and treasury workflows across SAP S/4 HANA and connected services.

The implementation therefore combined SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the HR system of record with ADP Payroll for pay processing, moving payroll management into a more centralized operational model.
Governance and rollout were managed by senior HR leadership overseeing seven direct reports and a 4.4 million dollar HR budget, with communication artifacts and employee support measures such as documentation and bridge loans used during the transition. The project also included HR program rationalization, revamping the service anniversary program to reduce options and vendor cost by 50 percent, outcomes recorded by DFIN as part of the broader SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment.
