Operationally the time and attendance deployment operated alongside ADP Vantage for payroll administration, with M3 systems used to produce validated payroll-ready time records for bi-weekly processing. The scope included cross-property coordination under a single HR lead, supporting hotel renovation activity and multiple acquisition and disposition events during the same period. Governance and rollout were led by the Dual Property Human Resources Manager who implemented training to comply with HEI standards and Hilton brand standards, administered performance management workflows, and enforced legal compliance across departments. During this period the HR manager reported a 9% improvement in Associate Opinion Survey scores at the DoubleTree within the first year.
