In 2015, Dover Corporation implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits as its Benefits Administration platform. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits configuration work covered Employee Profile and Global Benefits modules, including change engine configuration, text customization, XML and data models, pick list management, rating scales, route maps, and launching forms. The implementation included role based permissioning, management of employee data files, password and email notification policies, and configuration of process dashboards and interactive forms to support benefits enrollment workflows.
The project documented an integration landscape and delivered integration developments, with Active Directory to SuccessFactors synchronization and SuccessFactors interfaces to external benefit systems implemented. Dell Boomi was used as the middleware for orchestrating AD to SF and SF to benefit system data flows. Testing strategy design included data staging, creation of ITC test data, test script preparation, and assignment of scripts to different user levels including business end users and executives.
Governance and rollout tasks were led through formal cutover activities, data conversion preparation, and centralized management of user records and permissions. Test execution and defect remediation workflows were organized by assigned test scripts and role based access, supporting controlled launch and post go live stabilization for HR and benefits operations.
Operational reporting and analytics were configured under Reporting Admin, with creation and management of list view reports, spotlight view reports, spreadsheet reports, classic reports, ad hoc reports, and online report designer outputs. Reporting permissioning and interactive dashboards, including rating scale dashboards, were implemented to provide governed visibility for HR administrators and benefits teams.
