In 2025 Dr. Reddy'S Foundation deployed the OmniCard Platform as its Expense Management solution for finance and expense management operations across India. The deployment centralized manual petty-cash workflows across approximately 150 centers and onboarded 150 plus employees within weeks, aligning platform controls with the foundation's finance teams and field centers.
The OmniCard Platform implementation configured virtual cards, physical cards, and UPI payment channels together with multi-level approval workflows and end-to-end digitization of expense capture, reconciliation, and authorization. Functional capabilities implemented included card issuance and control, approval routing, spend categorization, receipt capture, and audit trail generation to reduce reliance on cash disbursements.
Operational coverage focused on finance and expense management workflows across in-country centers, with issuance controls for both virtual and physical cards and UPI-enabled payments for vendor and in-field purchases. The rollout included real-time support during adoption to assist center staff with card activation, expense submission, and approval configuration.
Governance was reinforced through multi-level approvals and centralized transaction visibility, improving transparency and employee experience while shortening approval cycles. The OmniCard Platform delivered end-to-end digitization of petty cash handling and provided audit-ready transaction records alongside ongoing operational support during the rollout.
