Integrations were explicitly built between the new S/4 HANA Finance instance and HANA BW, with HANA BW transformations importing transactional and master data from SAP ECC modules FI, CO, PCA, and SD to feed planning and consolidation. The solution linked embedded BPC 10.1 with HANA BW 7.5 Composite InfoProviders and transformations to enable end to end data flow for consolidated group planning and reporting, and data input and reporting workflows used SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Office. Governance and process changes centered on formalizing planning sequences, aggregation levels, and filters to operationalize consolidated planning, while consolidations were controlled through defined consolidation rules and monitors. Centralized reference data in Advanced DSOs and orchestrated reporting via BEX and AfO supported consistent group planning and consolidated financial reporting across the organization.
