Integrations were established between Acumatica Cloud ERP and Salesforce, Xero, and Excel to synchronize customer interactions, document order history, and coordinate billing and payment collection. Operational coverage included customer service, billing, and coordination with shipping and warehouse teams to manage on-time delivery and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Governance changes focused on standardized order recordkeeping and tighter coordination between billing and service teams, with remote customer service best practices implemented to improve response time and boost customer retention rates. The implementation emphasized CRM synchronization and order-to-cash orchestration within the ERP Financial environment.

The deployment of UKG Pro HCM included configuration of Core HR capabilities such as onboarding workflows, offboarding checklists, performance review administration, HRIS administration and policy management. UKG Pro HCM was configured to support employee and manager self service for routine HR transactions, to manage new hire provisioning and to host the company wide annual and mid year performance review processes.
Data conversion activities migrated employee records from ADP Enterprise HR into UKG Pro HCM, and the implementation leveraged an electronic exit interview workflow created via SurveyMonkey to capture offboarding feedback. Compliance and reporting capabilities were used to support required filings including OSHA 300A and the California Pay Data Report, and operational procedures were extended to handle COVID 19 exposure tracking and Cares pay administration.
Governance work during the rollout focused on redesigning onboarding and offboarding processes, documenting separation and benefits guidance, and implementing new policy workflows for educational reimbursement, fitness center reimbursement, vacation and paid paternity leave. The HR team led configuration and change management activities, embedding the UKG Pro HCM Core HR platform into day to day HR operations, policy administration and manager accountability for performance reviews.

The implementation has been maintained from 2017 to present and supported DRB Systems’ Akron, OH operations as the company delivers technology and marketing support for car wash operators.
ECI Macola was configured to provide category-aligned ERP capabilities including inventory control, order management, purchasing, and financial management, with parameterized configuration to align with DRB Systems’ service and fulfillment patterns. Configuration work focused on standardizing master data, transaction flows, and periodic financial processes to support operations and accounting.
The ECI Macola deployment was integrated with the broader IT estate managed by the Senior IT Director, including Synergy and Clientele CRM systems, Microsoft PowerBI for business intelligence reporting, in-house enterprise and marketing applications, company websites, and customer portals with ecommerce. Underlying hardware, infrastructure, network, and security were operated to ensure continuity between the ERP and customer facing systems, enabling end to end order and customer data flows.
Governance and rollout oversight were led by the Senior IT Director, who managed IT across Microsoft Dynamics SL, Macola ERP systems, CRM, BI, and portal applications and steered the IT initiative during the company ownership transfer from Prairie Capital to New Mountain Capital. Operational coverage included finance, operations, marketing, and customer support functions, with governance controls and phased rollout sequencing to preserve operational continuity.
