Aptean Legacy Aptean Traverse ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2010 2011
In 2010, Drilling Tools International implemented Aptean Traverse ERP. Aptean Traverse ERP Apps Category provides the transactional backbone for order to cash and finance operations at the manufacturer. The deployment focused on accounts receivable and credit management capabilities, with configuration work on invoicing, aging, dispute tracking, and AR reporting. Functional modules implemented included AR invoicing, credit hold workflows, collections case management, and reporting customization inside Aptean Traverse ERP to support user friendly and client facing statements. Integrations were coordinated between the billing system RTMS and Aptean Traverse ERP using Argus for data uploads, and the AR team worked directly with customers and third party submission channels including Accenture, ADP, and iSupplier to resolve electronic submission issues. Operational scope included consolidation of field invoicing into the Houston office, management of four billers and a collection specialist, and direct coordination with major customers Schlumberger, Halliburton, and Weatherford. Governance and process changes centered on restructuring invoicing and escalation workflows, formatting Traverse reports for internal and external consumption, and formalizing resolution paths between billing, IT, and account teams. Between March 2015 and February 2016 AR and credit processes executed in Aptean Traverse ERP produced explicit operational recoveries, including clearing over 300 invoices totaling seven million dollars in under 45 days, reducing days sales outstanding from 122 to 85 in 90 days, and driving large past due accounts down substantially during focused collections activity.
