In 2017 Driveline implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its central financial system, aligning enterprise accounting under the ERP Financial category. The deployment centralized core finance functions for Driveline Retail Merchandising and consolidated financial management previously running on Microsoft Dynamics SL, building on earlier conversion activity from Solomon to NetSuite managed by the finance controller.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to operate as the company general ledger and financial reporting engine, with customized report development for income statement, balance sheet and cash flow reporting. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included general ledger, accounts payable controls and check run workflows, fixed asset and amortization schedules, prepaid and insurance tracking, rent schedules, budgeting and future year planning, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and daily cash forecasting.
Operational coverage extended to treasury and banking workflows, with NetSuite used to support bank wire arrangements, EFT approvals and weekly cash operations while producing borrowing base certificates and holdings company funding reports. The system also supported compliance and audit reporting across corporate, sales and use tax, 401(k) and workers compensation audits, and feeding information for external filings and U.S. Department of Commerce reporting across 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Governance was restructured around centralized finance controls, with the controller directing weekly Finance and Accounting meetings and reporting to the CFO and CEO, while NetSuite became the authoritative source for monthly P&L review and business review reporting. Process changes included formalized month-end journal entry approval, AP coding and approvals, and maintaining budgets in both Excel and NetSuite to coordinate planning and review cycles.
Explicit outcomes documented by Driveline included implementation of an American Express program within accounts payable that extended cash flow and returned 1 percent in bill credits or travel points, and establishment of 401(k) policies and procedures that eliminated prior penalties for future years. Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the structural platform to standardize financial controls, reporting, treasury operations and audit coordination for the organization.

In 2022 Driveline deployed Forms/Email Based ATS, an Applicant Tracking System implemented as an in-house web form and email intake engine embedded on the corporate careers site. The Forms/Email Based ATS captures candidate submissions through the public application URL and routes application data into a centralized candidate store, supporting core recruiting and talent acquisition workflows for the company.
The Forms/Email Based ATS implementation includes form capture and validation, automated email parsing and routing, candidate record creation, basic status tracking, and email notifications to hiring teams. The application name Forms/Email Based ATS is retained as the operational identifier, and the Applicant Tracking System is configured and maintained by Driveline’s internal applications organization, reflecting an in-house vendor model.
Operationally the solution supports Talent Acquisition and recruiting teams by delivering a single intake channel that standardizes application data and email workflows. Governance is centered on centralized configuration control and role based access for HR and recruiting users, with ongoing maintenance and enhancements managed by internal IT and application owners.
