In 2018, Dynamic Signal implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial system, establishing a cloud-native platform for core financial operations across the organization. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment served as the authoritative record for general ledger activity and accounts receivable workflows within finance and revenue operations.
Configuration work centered on month end close processes and journal entry automation, including fixed asset depreciation and deferred rent postings. Oracle NetSuite ERP was used to lead the Order to Cash cycle end to end, with AR management workflows to post GL journal entries in both QuickBooks and NetSuite, distribute AR aging reports with collection notes on a weekly cadence, and resolve internal and external billing requests for over 300 enterprise customer accounts.
The implementation integrated with a suite of named systems, supporting an assisted rollout of Avalara tax software for transaction tax, posting interoperability with QuickBooks for certain GL entries, invoice submission through SAP Ariba and Coupa BSM procurement platforms, and customer master data maintenance in Salesforce CRM. These integrations connected invoicing, tax determination, procurement invoicing channels, and CRM account records to the Oracle NetSuite ERP ledger for consolidated financial processing.
Operational governance emphasized standardized AR and collections workflows, weekly finance meeting preparation with distributed AR aging and collection notes, and contract and purchase order review processes for SaaS agreements. Finance and billing teams also used ad hoc project tooling and advanced Excel techniques such as formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables to support reconciliations and exception handling within the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.

In 2014, Dynamic Signal implemented ADP Workforce Now Payroll to process full cycle semi monthly payroll for about 300 employees. The ADP Workforce Now Payroll deployment served the company payroll function and included cross border processing for U.K. and Canada payroll runs.
The implementation used ADP Reporting as the operational reporting layer, with payroll staff downloading reports from ADP Reporting and performing reconciliations against payroll registers. Notes from the engagement reference assistance with the implementation of Comprehensive ADP Payroll from Work Force Now, which aligns with configuration of multi jurisdiction payroll schedules and payroll calculation workflows typical of Payroll systems.
Operational coverage included end to end semi monthly payroll runs, report reconciliation activities, and multi country payroll processing for U.K. and Canada. Staff responsibilities documented in the project included processing full cycle payroll, reconciling payroll reports, and maintaining ADP Reporting extracts as part of payroll close procedures.
Governance and knowledge transfer were addressed through training, with the team training a new Payroll Manager on the new payroll process to establish ongoing operational ownership. The narrative centers on ADP Workforce Now Payroll within the Payroll category, supporting payroll processing, reporting, reconciliation and multi jurisdiction payroll administration.

In 2011, Dynamic Signal implemented Zoom Chat (ex Solvvy) as a web-facing conversational layer in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to automate customer interactions on their public website. The deployment was focused on embedding the chat interface into site touchpoints to deliver conversational self-service and guided FAQ resolution for external audiences.
The implementation of Zoom Chat (ex Solvvy) centered on standard conversational modules including a knowledge base-driven FAQ engine, intent detection and routing, scripted guided workflows, and fallback escalation paths to human agents. Configuration work emphasized content mapping from website documentation into the chatbot knowledge model, conversational flow tuning, and analytics instrumentation to monitor usage and conversation success rates.
Operational scope concentrated on customer-facing teams with the chatbot operating on the corporate website to handle inbound queries and surface relevant information. Governance practices described included defined content ownership for knowledge articles, iterative review cycles for conversational flows, and established escalation workflows to ensure handoff to support personnel when automated resolution was insufficient.
