| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Peoplesoft FSCM | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | Astute Business Solutions | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Dynata implemented Oracle Peoplesoft FSCM as an ERP Financial system to support core finance operations. The deployment used Oracle Peoplesoft FSCM provisioned on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure under a managed service engagement with Astute Business Solutions, establishing cloud-hosted financial application infrastructure for the organization.
Astute Business Solutions delivered an OCI-based managed service and used RackWare RMM software as a service to provision and synchronize the on-prem PeopleSoft environment to OCI. The implementation approach preserved an as-is PeopleSoft configuration during provisioning and sync, enabling a rapid cutover of application instances and minimizing reconfiguration during the move to cloud-hosted infrastructure.
Functionally the Oracle Peoplesoft FSCM deployment centered on standard ERP Financial capabilities, employing category-aligned modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and financial reporting frameworks. Configuration work focused on stabilizing core transactional financial workflows and ensuring the PeopleSoft FSCM application interfaces and batch processes remained consistent after provisioning to OCI.
Governance was structured around Astute’s OCI-based managed service model, with RackWare RMM orchestrating environment provisioning and synchronization, creating an operational handoff between migration tooling and ongoing managed operations. The migration was completed in record time according to the implementation provider, and operational ownership moved into a managed cloud service model to support enterprise financial operations.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Dynata implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR platform. Workday HCM was deployed to centralize global HR records and enable standardized talent, benefits, compensation, learning, payroll, and recruiting processes across the organization.
Deployment included configuration of the Core HR data model and domain modules for learning management, performance management, compensation review, benefits self service, and recruiting workflows. The Vice President Human Resources championed adoption to elevate operational rigor and transparency, shaping configuration to capture inaugural HR KPIs on talent management, retention, learning and development, benefits, and compensation. The implementation also established a global job framework covering 350 roles across 12 job families to support job leveling and compensation benchmarking.
Operational rollout extended to a global payroll process and regional payroll enhancements, and Workday HCM was used as the system of record for HR data supporting M&A due diligence and integrations during three acquisitions completed over two years. Integrations concentrated on workforce data feeds and payroll orchestration with regional payroll processing workflows to support localized payroll execution and benefits enrollment. The implementation supported HR operational coverage across talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, and payroll operations.
Governance changes focused on process standardization, introduction of a compensation review framework aligned to the annual review and budgeting cycle, and a redesigned performance management process that achieved 98 percent on time review completion. Learning capabilities were expanded to a full suite of on demand courses and benefits self service and mobile capabilities reported an 86 percent employee onboarding and renewal satisfaction rate. The Workday HCM rollout established reporting disciplines, operational budgets, and governance under the Global Leadership Team to scale HR operations.

| Drift | Legacy | Drift AI Chatbot | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Dynata deployed Drift AI Chatbot on its public website. The implementation placed Drift AI Chatbot squarely in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to support web-based customer engagement and demand generation activities. The initiative targeted marketing and sales facing business functions across Dynata's digital channels, using conversational flows to capture and qualify inbound interest.
Dynata configured Drift AI Chatbot to operate as the primary conversational layer on key web pages, using standard chatbot capabilities such as real-time chat, automated qualification scripts, conversational forms, and knowledge base driven responses. Configuration emphasized routing rules and scripted playbooks to standardize initial qualification and handoff behavior, enabling consistent lead capture and escalation to downstream teams. The deployment retained the application name Drift AI Chatbot as the central conversational interface for site visitors.
Operational coverage focused on the public website as the channel of record, with governance centered on approved messaging, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures between marketing and sales operations. The architecture is a web-embedded conversational widget model, instrumenting interactions on landing pages and contact touchpoints, and supporting demand generation and customer engagement workflows through automated chat orchestration.
