In 2023, E-Core implemented Greenhouse ATS. The Applicant Tracking System was deployed to manage recruitment activity for E-Core, a 500 employee professional services firm in Brazil, and is embedded into their corporate website to capture candidate applications and drive the career site funnel.
Configuration centered on core Greenhouse ATS modules including job requisition publishing, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and scorecards, and offer management. The deployment emphasized structured hiring stages, interview kits, and configurable candidate disposition workflows to align Talent Acquisition and HR operational processes.
Greenhouse ATS integration with the E-Core website serves as the primary career site integration for listing openings and collecting applications, with application data flowing into the ATS for recruiter and hiring manager review. Operational ownership rests with Talent Acquisition and HR, with role based access controls implemented to segregate recruiting duties across departments and hiring managers.
Rollout was executed through phased internal deployment led by E-Core HR and Talent Acquisition teams, with governance configured for interview feedback collection, approval workflows, and offer authorization. Reporting and audit capabilities within Greenhouse ATS were enabled to support hiring governance and compliance.

In 2021, E-Core implemented Zoom for Audio Video and Web Conferencing and embedded Zoom on its corporate website to provide direct meeting access for clients. The Brazil based professional services firm with 500 employees uses Zoom to support client engagement, remote delivery, sales demonstrations, and internal collaboration across service teams.
The implementation centers on core conferencing capabilities typical of the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, including scheduled meetings, ad hoc video calls, screen sharing, and meeting recording and playback for client sessions. Configuration exposed web based join flows and branded meeting pages on the site so external stakeholders can initiate sessions without separate client software distribution.
Operational coverage includes client facing workflows from the website and internal use by sales, delivery, and client success teams across E-Core in Brazil. The website based deployment makes Zoom the primary access point for virtual meetings initiated by external customers and prospects.
Governance was organized around centralized administrative controls for meeting access, link lifecycle, and recording retention, and scheduling workflows were aligned to website driven meeting initiation. The implementation standardized conferencing procedures and consolidated meeting initiation onto the corporate site to create a consistent experience for external participants.

| SalesIntel Research | Legacy | SalesIntel ABM | Account Based Marketing | CRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, E-Core implemented SalesIntel ABM to operationalize Account Based Marketing across its sales and marketing functions. Headquartered in Brazil and rapidly growing in North America, E-Core required a scalable data platform to build a sales and marketing engine that could grow with the business and support proactive account acquisition beyond referrals and existing networks.
The deployment emphasized SalesIntel ABM platform capabilities, notably human verified contact and firmographic records and technographic data to map ideal customer profiles. E-Core configured the platform to allow gradual ingestion of records during an initial proof of concept period, and prioritized features that supported list building, account scoring workflows, and targeted outreach aligned to its ICP.
Operational scope centered on sales and marketing teams in Brazil and North America, using technographic insights to identify buyers using specific tools that match E-Core’s product fit. The engagement combined platform access with an extended proof of concept and hands on customer success support, with a monthly enablement cadence, tutorials, and ongoing check ins to accelerate adoption by a small, growing data team.
Governance and process changes included a phased rollout and adoption program that leaned on human verification as the primary data quality control, and regular collaboration between E-Core and the SalesIntel customer success manager to align lists, outreach sequencing, and training. The implementation emphasized service driven onboarding because internal bandwidth was limited, making operational support a core part of the deployment model.
As a result of the SalesIntel ABM deployment E-Core reported expanded reach in North America and improved brand recognition that supports future demand generation efforts. The decision to prioritize human verified data and the vendor’s willingness to extend the proof of concept during market uncertainty were cited as critical factors in establishing trust and enabling the platform to be used at scale.
