Integrations were implemented with Equipment360 and HCSS Telematics to link equipment records and live telematics data into dispatch and maintenance workflows. These integrations supported mechanic work assignment and equipment status updates, enabling coordinated scheduling between jobs, rental pools, and in house mechanics. Operational governance changes centered on centralizing dispatch responsibilities and standardizing preventive maintenance processes, embedding HCSS Dispatcher into dispatch and fleet management procedures used by operations teams. The implementation aligned operational workflows across job sites in central Pennsylvania, enabling consistent maintenance scheduling and mechanic tasking. The project delivered easier scheduling, greater mechanic efficiency, and increased uptime through the combined use of HCSS Dispatcher, Equipment360, and HCSS Telematics, aligning Field Service Management, fleet management, and operations functions for E.K. Services.
