E.Lective publishes its careers and applicant tracking via a HeavenHR-hosted portal at elective.heavenhr.com, and it already uses HeavenHR for recruiting and candidate management in Germany. The deployment leverages HeavenHR's cloud-hosted platform to provide employee self-service capabilities for the organization’s workforce.
HeavenHR Vacation and Absences was configured to deliver core Absence and Leave Management functionality including employee self-service time off requests, manager approval workflows, configurable leave policies and entitlement accruals, and centralized leave balance tracking. The setup includes approval routing and automated entitlement calculations, along with absence reporting and calendar visibility for managers to coordinate staffing. Configuration focused on HR administration and policy templates consistent with standard absence management practices.
The implementation scope covered HR, people managers, and the full employee population in Germany and integrated operationally with the existing HeavenHR recruiting and applicant portal used to publish careers. Governance was established through HR administration roles within HeavenHR and manager approval roles to enforce process controls and policy compliance. Rollout was delivered via the vendor-hosted employee portal, enabling employees to submit and manage absence requests directly through elective.heavenhr.com.
