In 2019, Echelon Fitness implemented Zingfit as its Gym Management application to support studio-level operations. Business functions directly impacted included front-desk operations, instructor coordination, in-studio sales and local marketing activities where staff executed promotions and member outreach.
Governance and process changes centered on shifting routine studio tasks away from spreadsheets and manual chalkboard promotions toward system-driven scheduling and digital check-in procedures, with studio representatives responsible for daily operational oversight. Training and role-aligned access controls were applied to ensure instructors and front-desk staff could manage classes, check members in, and support equipment sales through the Zingfit Gym Management application.
