Configuration focused on accounts receivable and credit control capabilities within MRI Horizon, with implemented functional modules for invoicing, service charge management, payment plan tracking, and arrears case management. The implementation supported generation of monthly and quarterly rent raises and automated document generation workflows consistent with mail merge driven tenant communications and statutory notices.
