In March 2022, Edion implemented Repro Web together with Repro's Conversion Maximization service to strengthen OMO and improve its Edion Net Shop web conversion rate. The deployment is recorded under the Customer Support apps category and targeted web marketing and CRO workflows using the Repro Web application.
Repro Web configuration focused on web personalization, A/B testing, and landing page optimization capabilities, aligned with Repro's Conversion Maximization service as an operational program. Repro executed about 50 PDCA tests over the first year, establishing a high cadence of experimentation and iterative optimization on site assets.
The implementation covered the Edion Net Shop online commerce environment in Japan and primarily impacted eCommerce and digital marketing functions, centralizing personalization and experimentation governance. Test planning and execution were managed as an ongoing program delivered by Repro, embedding continuous experimentation into Edion's web operations and content workflows.
As an explicit outcome, the Edion Net Shop achieved over 150% year over year conversion rate improvement following the March 2022 Repro Web deployment and the first year of PDCA testing.
