FIS Global Legacy FIS VPM Portfolio and Investment Management Investment Management n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, EJF Capital implemented FIS VPM. EJF Capital selected FIS VPM and InvesTier to automate portfolio and partnership accounting operations from a single platform, positioning the deployment as the firm’s Portfolio and Investment Management core system. The implementation centralized portfolio accounting, partnership accounting, investor reporting and fee calculation workflows within the FIS VPM environment, using modular configuration to support fund level ledgers and consolidated reporting. Configuration emphasized automated posting, accrual processing and reconciliation workflows that are standard for Portfolio and Investment Management solutions. Operational scope covered accounting and operations functions for EJF’s alternative investment strategies, aligning day to day bookkeeping with partnership accounting processes and consolidating portfolio and partnership accounting operations into a single system of record.
