Configuration work centered on core ERP Financial capabilities typical for manufacturing finance, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and inventory accounting to align cost flows between finance and production. IBM AS/400 configurations emphasized financial close workflows, billing and procurement reconciliation, and inventory valuation controls to support manufacturing accounting and month end processes. Operational coverage extended across finance, supply chain and new product introduction functions, led by three international teams and one domestic team to meet weekly, monthly and annual KPIs. The implementation effort included analysis of supply chain data to increase efficiency and management of multiple simultaneous new product implementation projects in addition to ongoing leadership and operational responsibilities. Governance was formalized through designed and implemented standard operating procedures and a regular KPI reporting cadence, enabling structured oversight of account management and cross functional product rollout activities. SOPs and KPI governance supported routine operational control and clarified roles for teams responsible for finance operations and supply chain coordination.
