Module usage was oriented around inventory and warehouse management capabilities and marketplace and logistics integrations as described in the Unicommerce Uniware feature set. Configuration-focused work inferred from the case study included centralized SKU level stock visibility, automated stock updates across channels, reservation and release workflows for orders, and fulfillment orchestration to drive downstream dispatch processes.
Integrations implemented for Ellana connected marketplace order capture to the Unicommerce Inventory Management layer and linked last mile courier workflows for shipment dispatch and tracking. Operational coverage targeted ecommerce operations and fulfillment teams across Ellana’s Philippines channels, enabling consolidated order routing and visibility across marketplaces and logistics partners.
Reported outcomes from the case study include approximately 800 plus dispatches per month and a reported 99.99% plus fulfillment rate following implementation of Unicommerce Inventory Management.
