Reported outcomes from the case study include approximately 800 plus dispatches per month and a reported 99.99% plus fulfillment rate following implementation of Unicommerce Inventory Management. Governance changes emphasized centralized inventory control and standardized fulfillment workflows to sustain the integrated marketplace and logistics model.
