The engagement centered on a mass company data coding project that began with a functional, technical and economic analysis to identify the application solution and coordinate the selected software suppliers for delivery. The implementation included a dedicated mass coding capability that ingests appropriately structured Excel sheets supplied by vendors and automatically generates complete item master records on Sesa Me.R.Sy ERP. The automated flows were designed to populate and update Articles, Barcode, supplier articles, Bill of Materials, Replenishment, Network Assortments, Purchase Price Lists, Transfer and Sale records, and to push structured updates from Excel into the iSeries environment. Parallel integration programs were executed, including an EDI project to develop EDI relationships and message exchanges with large scale retail suppliers and national VAN providers, and a BPM project that replaced the old company BPM platform with new integration software through analysis, process redesign, validation and documentation of integration processes. Work also covered analysis and development of interfaces to support migration and synchronization between the old company ERP and Sesa Me.R.Sy ERP, ensuring coexistence and data alignment during transition phases. Project governance emphasized coordination of corporate software suppliers, application testing and validation, and structured training of company staff to operate the Sesa Me.R.Sy ERP workflows. Functional development extended to commercial area enhancements under an ERP industrialization project, including calculation of customer premiums, calculation of agent commissions and support for warehouse inventory processes, impacting purchasing, merchandising, replenishment and sales operations.
