Lattice Software Solutions Legacy Reflexion CAFM Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 Emirates National Facilities Management deployed Reflexion CAFM within its Real Estate Property Management environment to consolidate maintenance operations across its UAE sites, using a Reflexion-based technician and customer mobile app integrated with the CAFM core. The deployment targeted preventive and reactive maintenance workflows, enabling centralized scheduling, workorder management and material bookings to be recorded and updated in real time between field technicians and the CAFM system. Configuration centered on Helpdesk/Workorder, Preventive Maintenance and Field Technician mobility capabilities inferred from the mobile app and CAFM references, with the mobile client serving as the primary field entry point for creating and updating workorders, logging material consumption and confirming task completion. The implementation emphasized mobile-first workflows and real-time status propagation to support dispatch and service-tracking processes. Integration architecture linked the Reflexion-based mobile app to the Reflexion CAFM core to synchronize workorder statuses, preventive maintenance schedules and material transactions, supporting operational coverage across Emirates NFM UAE sites and field operations. Business functions impacted included technician dispatch, service delivery tracking, maintenance planning and inventory or material management tied to workorders. Rollout activities included standardizing field workflows and operational governance to align technician activities with CAFM workorder lifecycles, and instituting operational controls for service intake and dispatching. The rollout improved technician dispatch and service-tracking capabilities in the UAE.
