Architecture work used Microsoft cloud platform patterns and a modular Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations topology, with integration design led by an integration technical lead architect. Integration efforts focused on real time and batch interfaces for retail point-of-sale reconciliation, inventory and warehouse synchronization, vendor EDI and procurement feeds, banking and payment connectivity, and payroll and HR ledger interfaces, using APIs and middleware patterns to preserve transactional integrity. Project governance was managed through a dedicated project manager who coordinated phased rollout across finance, procurement, inventory, and store operations. The integration technical lead architect owned interface patterns, deployment validation, cutover sequencing, and integration testing, while change control and role based access policies were established to support operational readiness and post go live support.
