In 2018, EmployIndy implemented TargetRecruit ATS. Process Builder automations and automated email messaging were used to operationalize common workflows, while reports and dashboards were constructed for internal and external constituents to surface recruitment pipeline and employer engagement metrics.
Operational scope covered support teams and employer services functions, with the environment supporting 50 plus users and the Employer Data Coordinator role in Indianapolis contributing to ongoing data stewardship. The implementation operated alongside the organization’s CRM rollout and case management work, and vendor relationships for applicant tracking were managed as part of program governance and contract oversight.
Governance included documented business requirements, configuration change controls, and a case management implementation that increased organizational transparency and efficiency.
