In 2018, Enfinium deployed Aptean EAM TabWare as its Enterprise Asset Management system at the Ferrybridge waste to energy plant. Aptean EAM TabWare serves as the primary application supporting maintenance and operations, centralizing asset data and work management for the site.
The implementation centers on work order management and planned preventive maintenance scheduling, with technicians using Aptean EAM TabWare daily to create and update work documents. Functional capabilities in active use include PPM planning, reactive and mechanical breakdown work tracking, asset record keeping, and requisition workflows for contracted tasks. Technicians routinely attach risk assessments and method statements, raise work documents, and initiate requisitions inside the application.
Operational governance was formalized through system-enforced document attachments and permit workflows, requiring RAMS attachments and issued work permits before contractor tasks commence. Supervisors use TabWare records to verify inductions, supervise contractors on site, and confirm compliance with health and safety procedures while maintenance planners schedule PPMs and prioritize reactive work to keep the plant operational.
Aptean EAM TabWare remains in active daily use from 2018 to present at the Ferrybridge site by mechanical technicians, maintenance planners and site supervisors. Enfinium uses Aptean EAM TabWare for Enterprise Asset Management to manage maintenance operations, contractor coordination and safety compliance across Ferrybridge operations.
