| NinjaOne | Legacy | NinjaOne Endpoint Management | Endpoint Management | CyberSecurity | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017 Enovis Italia implemented NinjaOne Endpoint Management to centralize endpoint control for its Villanova di San Daniele del Friuli facility and support the local IT Service Desk team. NinjaOne Endpoint Management was deployed as the primary Endpoint Management solution to standardize device administration across Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops used by the site, aligning with the company requirement for first and second level help desk support and documentation of completed activities. The implementation focused on core Endpoint Management capabilities including remote access and support, automated patch management, software distribution, endpoint monitoring, asset inventory, orchestration of antivirus agents, and PowerShell based scripting for remediation and automation. Configuration work emphasized agent rollout, policy baselines for Windows endpoints, role based access for IT Service Desk technicians, and inventory reconciliation to maintain hardware and software records. Operationally the NinjaOne Endpoint Management deployment was integrated with Active Directory and Office 365 account management workflows to support user provisioning and device-to-user mapping, and it operated alongside existing server and virtualization infrastructure at the site. Governance practices centered on embedding the solution into the IT Service Desk workflow for ticket triage, remote resolution, and prioritized daily activities, with technicians using remote and on site access to resolve issues and document cases within established procedures. |
