The operational scope covered HR, talent and payroll functions supporting Enphase Energys global teams and HR customers, with the HR Systems team acting as liaison between HR stakeholders and IT or external vendors.
Governance and rollout processes centered on a repeatable release and change management cadence, led by the HR Systems team, which conducted bi-annual Workday updates. The program included end to end test strategy and scripting, systems and E2E testing in partnership with business customers, scoping of complexity and effort for options, and support for audit and compliance activities.

In 2014 Enphase Energy implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) for Field Service Management. The deployment focused on field operations supporting residential, commercial and utility scale photovoltaic systems across California, Nevada, Tennessee, Colorado, Missouri and Massachusetts, impacting installations, maintenance, and field service scheduling functions.
The implementation centered on Field Service Management capabilities such as work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile technician workflows, asset and job history tracking, parts and inventory visibility, and field reporting. Field technicians captured detailed field reports and work documentation on laptop and iPad devices while using the Salesforce Field Service mobile interfaces for onsite diagnostics, inspections and repairs.
Operationally the rollout aligned with Enphase practice of staffing certified solar field service technicians who led installation and maintenance teams, and who hired and trained personnel on installation techniques and safe working procedures. Technicians on the program were also familiar with Salesforce, ServiceMax, ClickMobile and Enphase Enlighten as part of their operational toolset, and governance emphasized standardized field documentation, technician training, and coordination between service coordinators and system owners.
