The internal Workday team performs configuration, continuous improvement and BAU support, outsourcing only for large scale projects that exceed internal capacity.
Integrations explicitly include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Conga, Unit4, Blackline, High Radius, Condeco, OneSource, LogicGate and various payroll, tax and HR platforms, and the program delivered a targeted integration of AST systems to complete the merger with Equiniti. Integrations were executed with a broad application estate explicitly listed by the Head of Corporate IT, including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Conga, Unit4, BlackLine, HighRadius, Condeco, OneSource, LogicGate, and various payroll, tax, and HR platforms, and included an integration of AST systems to complete a merger. The implementation supported business functions across Finance, HR, Risk, Procurement, Facilities, and Sales and Marketing, and operated with an onshore and offshore Workday team model.
