In 2020 Equiniti Group implemented Workday Financial Management as a core ERP Financial platform and as part of a broader Workday HCM and Financials strategic program. The deployment placed Workday Financial Management at the center of corporate finance and HR alignment, with the Head of Corporate IT accountable for the ERP transformation roadmap and ongoing support function.
The implementation covers a broad set of Workday modules, including Financials, Payroll, Billing, HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Adaptive, Prism and WSS, with Advanced Compensation scheduled for rollout. The internal Workday team performs configuration, continuous improvement and BAU support, outsourcing only for large scale projects that exceed internal capacity.
Integrations explicitly include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Conga, Unit4, Blackline, High Radius, Condeco, OneSource, LogicGate and various payroll, tax and HR platforms, and the program delivered a targeted integration of AST systems to complete the merger with Equiniti. This integration footprint supports finance, HR, risk, procurement, facilities and sales and marketing processes across the organization.
Operational governance is centralized under Corporate IT which manages master data operations, the corporate IT budget and supplier management for third party implementation partners and managed service providers. An onshore and offshore Workday support structure was established to centralize configuration, roadmap delivery and BAU support for the Workday Financial Management ERP Financial environment.

The implementation focused on embedding Adobe Connect sessions into site pages to deliver live audio and video, screen sharing, synchronous chat, and structured webinar workflows for client briefings and instructor-led training.
