In 2010, ERI Bancaire deployed Apache JMeter for Application Performance Management to validate the OLYMPIC Banking System frontend Java-Web application. The engagement ran on-site in the Zürich Area, Switzerland, and targeted performance validation for QA, operations, and development functions.
The technical scope included installation and configuration of a Java test environment and execution of stress tests using Apache JMeter. Implementation work covered application server configuration on Apache Tomcat and IBM WebSphere, Java debugging, and functional exercise of UI screen layouts, web content, queries, and XML web services to reproduce production-like transaction patterns.
Operational integration extended to maintenance of backend infrastructure on IBM iSeries, Linux, and Windows Server platforms, and use of batch, shell, VB, and SQL scripts to provision test data and drive load scenarios. Defect and test tracking were managed through Jira, supporting tight collaboration between on-site customer support and the developer department.
Governance and process changes emphasized internal trainings for the companys developers and structured handoffs between support and development teams, with scripted test artifacts and documentation retained to standardize recurring stress testing under Apache JMeter and the broader Application Performance Management practice.

| Jenkins | Legacy | Jenkins | API Management | PaaS | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, ERI Bancaire implemented Jenkins as an API Management platform to orchestrate automated testing and CI pipelines for API and microservices development. Jenkins was positioned to centralize pipeline orchestration for build, test and integration workflows across the bank’s development and QA teams.
The implementation focused on functional modules for automation test execution, pipeline templates for API and microservice verification, and test environment provisioning. Jenkins pipelines were configured to run technical testing, integration testing and load and performance testing, and to execute automation scripts authored in Java, Groovy or Scala, reflecting the bank’s development language footprint.
Jenkins was integrated with the testing and tracking toolset referenced in the project context, including Soap UI, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon for test execution and Xray and Jira for test management and defect tracking. The platform also orchestrated test data and test bed management and interacted with relational database instances used during integration tests, providing a single orchestration layer for DevOps, QA and application teams.
Governance centered on Agile-aligned pipelines, standardized test plans and test strategy templates, and internal training to raise automation proficiency among testers. Operational accountability was defined across development, QA and IT operations, with Jenkins serving as the automation backbone for API Management, developer testing workflows and continuous integration practices.
