The deployment integrated with the existing warehouse management system to support inventory and fulfilment workflows, and ensured product and trading data were available to all branches and Product Business Units across the ERIKS network. Operational coverage included Product Business Units, branch locations, internal suppliers and customers, with supply chain update processes feeding the ERP master data. Administrative Logistics was the core team responsible for process mapping, business reengineering and configuration of the Kerridge k8 ERP solution, with designated process owners producing workflows, documentation and training. An Interim ERP Project Manager supported the EOS ERP project during Aug 2016 to Feb 2017, and subsequent Data Administrator and Product Data Co ordinator roles managed cleansing, governance and scheduled data tasks to maintain consistency across the distribution estate.
