The implementation aligned the Marketing and Communication Department authored 05.07.2019 release with user driven requirements, with Erilia participating as a pilot customer in the validation process.
Configuration and functional scope centered on explicit modules and capabilities listed in the product brochure, including customer management workflows for housing requests, leases, receipts, customer accounts, regularization of charges and dispute handling; asset and maintenance processes such as technical diagnostics, disaster and complaint handling, routine maintenance and mobile inventory; financial modules covering budgetary, general, analytical and auxiliary accounting and commitment tracking; strategic heritage plan features for maintenance logs, forecasting, simulations and BIM aligned planning; and operations management capabilities for admin accession, operations monitoring and financing plans.
