In 2018, Estravel implemented Symphony Platform for Reservation and Booking Management on its website. The Symphony Platform deployment is positioned as the primary customer facing booking engine for the Estravel Estonia site, handling online search, availability and booking workflows that support the companys commercial reservation operations and customer service functions.
The implementation focused on core Reservation and Booking Management capabilities. Symphony Platform was configured for real time availability and inventory handling, fare and rule evaluation, reservation lifecycle management, booking confirmation and itinerary distribution, and session level booking state for web transactions. Configuration emphasis aligned with standard booking engine workflows to support online retail and corporate booking flows used by sales and operations teams.
Integration work centered on embedding Symphony Platform into the public website booking flow and operational reservation workflows used by booking staff. The vendor supplied web integration was used to surface search and booking screens on estravel.ee, while governance for booking policies and workflow configuration was retained by Estravel operations. Symphony Platform supports Estravel Reservation and Booking Management and is used to coordinate customer facing bookings with internal reservation processes.
